Now I’m feeling like I need to head back to Costa Rica. Toña was my favorite local lager and you’re right Rock Ice Limón is HORRIBLE! This is a really cool post for someone that’s about to go to Costa Rica the first time though. When I first I had no idea what any of this was…nice little guide for folks that like to sample the local brews.

I have to admit I don’t drink much alcohol so for me Costa Rica was all about the fantastic fruit shakes they make. A handmade strawberry or melon shake while sitting on the beach is as good as it gets for me :-)
